How payment is handled
Checkout runs over an encrypted TLS connection. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own form and are processed by them — this store never sees or stores a card number.
What you can pay with
- PayPal — pay from your balance, bank account or a card, without sharing card details with us.
- Visa, Mastercard and American Express — processed through Braintree.
What appears on your statement
Your payment is taken by Punch!® Software. If a charge looks unfamiliar, check the order confirmation email before disputing it — the descriptor may not match the shop name you bought from.
Refunds
There is a 30-day refund policy, provided the software has not been activated. Bank fees are deducted from the refunded amount.
