Licensing and sales policies

Our products offer licensing options for individuals, businesses and educational institutions. Choose a perpetual, term or companion licence to suit how you work and what you want to spend.

Our upgrade policy lets you upgrade from any version up to five years old. Every commercial licence includes a full year of maintenance and support — technical assistance, software updates and performance improvements — and licences inside the five-year window stay eligible for renewal.

There is a 30-day refund policy, and discounts at new releases and major holidays.

Bank fees are deducted from the refund amount, and there is no refund once the product has been activated.
